WHY PLASTIC PYROLYSIS?
Transform Waste into Opportunity
A Cleaner Future with Pyrolysis
Pyrolysis offers high energy recovery rates from plastic waste, ensuring that industries get the most value from materials that would otherwise be discarded.
Plastic pyrolysis turns non-recyclable waste into valuable energy, offering a sustainable solution to the global plastic crisis. By converting waste into usable fuels, you reduce environmental impact and create new resources.
Plastic pyrolysis is the most effective way to tackle plastic waste, transforming it into energy-rich resources like oil and gas while reducing environmental pollution.
Efficiency Meets Sustainability
Zero Waste, Maximum Impact
By using pyrolysis, industries can generate energy, lower emissions, and contribute to a zero-waste future, all while addressing the global plastic problem.
PYROLYSIS
PLANTS
Veera's pyrolysis plants use advanced technology to efficiently transform plastic waste into valuable resources such as oil and gas. Their models are designed for various capacities and operational needs, ensuring high performance and sustainability. With features like zero-waste systems and remote monitoring, Veera’s machines provide a reliable and eco-friendly solution for converting plastic waste into energy.
Veera Group’s pyrolysis plants cater to various needs with three distinct models. The PYRO MINI is ideal for small-scale operations and lab testing, offering compact, high-efficiency processing of up to 50 kg per batch. The PYRO LAB is designed for experimental use with a capacity of up to 100 kg per batch, featuring advanced controls for research and development. For larger-scale commercial applications, the PYRO D processes up to 1-2 tons per day, delivering high-capacity, continuous operation with robust safety and efficiency features.

Feeding into Pyrolysis Reactor
3
Thermal Decomposition
Plastic waste is gathered from various sources, including post-consumer and industrial waste, and sorted for optimal pyrolysis processing.
The sorted waste is fed into the pyrolysis reactor, where it is heated in a controlled, oxygen-free environment to break down plastic polymers.
Inside the reactor, high temperatures decompose the plastic, converting it into pyrolysis oil, gas, and other valuable by-products.
4
Energy Recovery
Uncondensed gas is captured and used for energy generation, either for the plant's own operations or external heating applications.
5
Pyrolysis Oil Collection
The produced pyrolysis oil is collected, refined, and stored for use in various industrial sectors, such as cement, glass, and power generation.
CLIENT FEEDBACK

James and Susan Smith
We have bought and sold a handful of properties in the past with various different realtors, but none came close to the service we got at Presson's. Not only is the team full of experts who know what they're talking about, but they are also always willing to go that extra mile to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction. We were never left hanging and waiting for an answer – everyone got back to us promptly and we never felt like we weren't in the loop of what was going on. The whole process was smooth and we never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Instead, we could take the time to decide on everything, and ended up signing the papers within weeks.
We had heard a lot of praise for Presson's team, since many of our social circle was already using their services to purchase their own homes. We had pretty high expectations, and were pleasantly surprised when they were not just met, but surpassed by a mile. The team was accommodating at all stages – from viewing the properties, to providing extra information on some of the interior materials, to explaining in detail all the clauses in the contracts. Even our children could join the house viewing process, something which we were eternally grateful. Now, we are happy homeowners in a nice neighborhood, and we couldn't be happier.
